Infraction Blue/Silver Titanium "Peaks and Valleys'', Tumbled, a tribute to dynamic sports car designs. A folding knife, with handmade customizations that Medford Knife & Tool specializes in. Sleeker lines than the Praetorian, but it's still built like a "made in USA" work knife. It's ideal for everyday "EDC" carry, and will perform equally well in an office environment as it does in the field, handling the toughest cutting tasks.

Greg Medford's idea was to create the most reliable knives imaginable while retaining their beauty and adding the "soul" of hand finishing.

CPM S45VN - corrosion resistant, mechanical stress resistant American CPM S45VN powder steel with added carbon, chromium and vanadium with a hardness of 58-59 HRC being a developmental version of the well-known and popular S30V steel. This unique steel is designed for the production of high-grade blades and knives, manufactured at Crucible Inc. steel mills.

In this version of Infraction we get a "tumbled" machine finish on the Blade, a concave grind and a striking embossing to increase strength around the opening with which the knife is opened. For increased insensitivity to contamination, phosphor bronze washer was used, making the pivot axis more resistant to field work. A powerful titanium frame lock bar secures the knife from folding, unfolded and secured the knife is as solid as an armored cash register.

The titanium Handle was hand personalized (custom) by adding a 3D texture (sculpt) called ''Peaks and Valleys'' by the manufacturer. The whole piece was hand-colored with a blowtorch obtaining a unique pattern, guaranteeing the uniqueness of this piece. Each subsequent one will already have a different pattern, as this is the nature of hand customization. The titanium backspacer ends in a glass nailer with a hole for weaving a safety or decorative cord. The whole is completed by a massive clip, also made of titanium, of course.

Comes with a waterproof Peli-type case for storing and carrying the knife.
