The knife sharpener combines two sharpening surfaces with different angles, allowing you to quickly bring out the cutting edge. Made of carbide, crossed "V" shaped plates with Coarse gradation for sharpening the cutting edge for knives with a standard blade shape and for knives with a straight cutting edge.

How to use:
