Vortex Gas Piston®, patented innovative gas spring technology designed to propel spring-loaded windcheaters. Developed and manufactured by Hatsan Arms. Gas Springs Vortex® Gas Piston use compressed air for propulsion, rather than other gases as in the case of competing solutions. They guarantee quiet, smooth operation of the windcheater, no spring vibration, less recoil and repeatability of each shot. Improve accuracy at long distances, with a much higher velocity of shot discharge. Identical technical parameters throughout the service life (no wear of the gas spring). The shooting comfort of Vortex spring windguns is incomparable to any other windgun with a traditional metal spring.
The barrel - precision threaded QE (QuietEnergy) with a length of 10.6" (270 mm), terminated with an integral sound suppressor that reduces gunshot noise by -50%.
Mounting rail - the windcheater has a mounting rail 11 mm / 22 mm allowing the mounting of any optical sight. In addition, the rail has a stopper that absorbs recoil after a shot is fired to prevent the optical sight from moving along the rail and calibrating it.
Automatic fuse - placed in the rear of the cylinder of the windcheater, it protects against the firing of an uncontrolled shot. Each time the spring of the windcheater is pulled, it is automatically triggered.

Quattro Trigger - two-stage adjustable trigger mechanism (adjustment of pressure as well as trigger length). Allows you to individualize the trigger characteristics to your requirements improving accuracy as well as ease of shooting.

Anti Bear-Trap Safety - protection against premature release of the spring during its tensioning, thus protecting against possible injuries to the hands or fingers.
