Harpy Stainless Steel is one of the most popular knives offered on the market with the Hawkbill head. The rounded shape of the blade is characterized by great cutting efficiency - the Hawkbill blade imitates the way the eagle's claws are shattered - piercing and cutting.  
 
Blade - Hawkbill profile, 3 mm thickness, with an aggressive shape. Made of Japanese, stainless tool steel VG-10 (high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage), it is characterized by a good hold of the focus). The blade is hardened in the range of 59-61 HRC. Spyder serrated blade is ground with a concave cut (Hollow grind) for effective cutting of the serrated cutting surface and ultra thin tip. The SpyderHole round cut-out (Spyderco patent) allows you to open the knife with your thumb. Blade lock (Back-Lock) with additional protection against accidental release of the lock during a strong knife grip (notch in the blockade) of David Boye's project.   
 
Handle - covered with stainless steel (Stainless Steel) cladding. The safety of use is enhanced by an ergonomically profiled grip ensuring comfortable and secure grip even when wearing gloves. The openings in the cladding allow the dampened blade to dry faster by circulating the air. The pocket knife is equipped with a solid, screw-on clip with the possibility of fixing in four levels (4-way clip positions). In the back of the handle was placed gap for a rope.   
 
Spyder Edge - (Spyderco patent) a serrated blade usually has a few millimeter smooth blade on the tip side. Spyder blade consists alternately of one large and two small teeth called „two-step”. This pattern increases the cutting edge length by up to 24% compared to the straight edge. Ideal for cutting hard materials, plastics and fibrous materials. It works, among others in sailing rescue, while diving.
