ExB-21HE KH-BK BH-54 professional hardened 21" (530 mm) Friction Lock expandable baton with an Ergonomic handle. Military version in Khaki. Includes a professional swivel handle BH-54 that allows the baton to automatically extend when drawn, with a UBC-5 mount equipped with a Quick Change System for rapid holster release.

Handle in khaki - the contoured, ergonomic soft-type HE (Ergonomic Grip) handle provides full control over the telescopic baton during use.  The knurled surfac, made of flexible, hypoallergenic synthetic rubber, it guarantees a secure and comfortable grip even in difficult conditions – it does not slip out of wet hands. Thanks to its solid connection to the baton body, the handle is highly resistant to mechanical damage and durable. Ideal for intensive, professional use.

BH-54 - professional, rotating holder for baton. Equipped with a belt mount UBC-05 with a Quick Change System for fast detachment. Designed for Friction Loc batons in lengths of 16", 18", and 21" (does not fit ESP Compact batons). It allows for carrying the baton in both folded and extended positions, vertically, horizontally, or at any angle. The patented design allows the holder to rotate 360° in one of 16 defined positions. The force required to rotate the holder can be adjusted by tightening the screw according to your needs. The ability to adjust the angle of the holder increases carrying comfort and allows for quick access in emergency situations.

UBC-05 – universal belt holder with Quick Change System for fast detachment. It allows for the quick detachment of the BH-54 holder from the UBC-05 mount base and its replacement with any other holder featuring a rotating Quick Change System (e.g., for a flashlight, pepper spray, magazine, etc.). UBC-05 mounts fits most belts 32–50 mm wide, and up to 60 mm (such as police or duty belts. ) after removing the inner limiter. To prevent shifting on the belt during dynamic movement (e.g., running), the mount is equipped with two adjustment screws for secure positioning.

Steel - resistant to stretching Cro-Mo 4130 low carbon alloy containing chrome and molybdenum (withstands high tensile, bending and tearing loads). For the production of the elements, the following were used seamless pipes cold-drawn CSN 12060 grade (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.

Hardness – steel components are hardened to 40–50 HRC, ensuring high resistance to deformation during intensive use.

Coating – the metal components of the baton are finished with a highly wear-resistant black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) coating, providing enhanced durability and abrasion resistance.

Important! Applies to a new telescopic baton. Due to the precise fit of seamless tubes, the baton may offer resistance during its first folding. To ensure proper operation, we recommend spreading it out several times without using excessive force.
