RB – (Rear Bolt): Features a four-stroke bolt-action lever mounted at the rear of the receiver, inspired by the classic Mauser rifle design.

Barrel – Precision-rifled, 23" (585 mm) barrel by Hatsan Arms, topped with an integrated QE (QuietEnergy) suppressor that reduces muzzle report by up to 50%. This integrated design maintains optimal pellet velocity, unlike traditional add-on suppressors. Hatsan engineers also improved rifle balance with this integration. The barrel features a choked muzzle for enhanced accuracy. As one of the most critical components in any firearm or airgun, barrel quality is paramount to overall performance.

Power Source – Detachable 255 cc compressed air cylinder. When fully charged, it delivers 17–19 effective shots depending on caliber (data for FAC version). Built-in pressure gauge lets you monitor cylinder pressure and air capacity. A rotating cover protects the fill port from damage. Once depleted, the air cylinder can be swapped out with a filled replacement (optional), making it ideal for users who prefer not to carry a PCP pump or air tank to the range.

Important! Minimum operating pressure for the BT65 air rifle is 130 bar.

Note: Only dry, filtered air should be used to fill the cylinder to prevent internal corrosion. Using the original HATSAN HAND PUMP with an integrated molecular filter and an additional desiccant insert significantly extends the lifespan and sealing performance of the cylinder.

Stock – Thumbhole-style (TH) made of durable, impact-resistant polymer. Rubber inlays on the fore-end provide a secure grip, even with wet hands. A raised Monte Carlo cheekpiece aids both aiming and shoulder alignment. Ambidextrous design accommodates both right- and left-handed shooters. The rubber buttpad absorbs recoil for enhanced shooting comfort. Adjustable cheek rest via set screws. Underside of the stock grip includes two magazine ports for quick access to spares.

Mounting Rail – Tactical version features a dual mounting rail system: 11 mm / 22 mm dovetail, compatible with a wide variety of optics. Conforms to MIL-STD 1913 (also known as Picatinny or Weaver). Includes three additional Picatinny rails on the stock for mounting accessories.

Magazines – Removable rotary magazines. Depending on caliber, capacity ranges from 6 pellets (.35 cal) to 7 pellets (.30 cal), using diabolo-style pellets. The four-stroke side lever (right-side mounted) cycles the action, cocks the hammer, rotates the magazine, and chambers the next round. Package includes three magazines.

Finish – Receiver is deep black oxide finished; other metal components coated in a rich blue finish.

Additional Accessories – Includes metal swiveling sling studs, air discharge cap for safely venting the cylinder, and a Quick-Fill nozzle for fast refills using a Hatsan Hand Pump, PCP compressor, or diving/technical tank (300 bar).
