M390 - martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), and is hardened between 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Fingers Safe Opening System - the blade opens by gently pressing a button and then sliding it into a milled half circle. The blade is closed by sliding the button in the opposite direction. Thanks to the design, our fingers will never get in the way of the blade. The locking mechanism is operated by a slider located within reach of the thumb on the side of the knife's handle.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) a vacuum deposition method used to deposit thin films by condensing an evaporated form of the desired material onto the surface of a workpiece. The coating method involves a purely physical process such as high-temperature vacuum evaporation followed by condensation. The applied coating has a very high hardness which significantly increases the resistance of the blade to rust and abrasive wear.

Blade - type Sheepsfoot, coated with black PVD coating. The knife is opened with a pin in the Handle sliding in a milled semicircle. The solid thickness of the blade combined with a high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Smooth and smooth opening is ensured by the gently notched button of the Fingers Safe Opening System or by using a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the flipper forms a mini-garden to prevent your hand from slipping on the blade. The whole thing is locked with an intuitive Fingers Safe Opening System lock .

Handle - is bolsters and grips made of aluminum. The massive backspacer gives the whole structure the desired rigidity. The simplicity and solidity of the construction give the assurance of many years of use. Bolsters and backspacer anodized in orange. Two-position clip (right/left), allows carrying the knife in tip-up position. Above the clip a lanyard hole, a hole for threading a decorative or safety cord.
