Socom Alpha Line - styled on the original Socom folder, a fixed blade knife of full-tang construction with an elite perfectly balanced blade and a full-length handle with milled grips for maximum grip. Signature Series - an elite line of Microtech products designed for buyers who are looking for a more exclusive touch to the much-loved Core Series production models (logo with claws on the knife). Top-quality materials and finishes are often used in the production of Signature Series knives. The line also includes themed knives such as Bounty Hunter, Memento Mori and Molon Labe. A distinctive feature is the marking with the dagger logo on the Handle and Anthony Marfione's signature on the clip.

M390 - martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), and is hardened between 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) durability of the blade surface is enhanced with a matte black nanocomposite coating, which exhibits unique properties such as exceptional hardness and low friction, as well as excellent corrosion protection. It is one of the most resistant coatings to scratches and abrasion that are used in the industry, including the knife industry.

Blade - machine ground Clip Point S/E (Single Edge) blade, coated with black DLC coating. The thickness of the wedge provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. The wedge bears Anthony Marfione's signature as well as the serial number and production date. To improve blade control, the back of the wedge is covered with an upper jimping, notched thumb rest.

Handle - profiled with finger indentations. Grips made of carbon fiber (Carbon Fiber) attached directly to the blank with proprietary Microtech screws. This is the simplest and most secure design that ensures the practical indestructibility of the knife. The advantage of carbon fiber is the lightness of the material combined with almost complete insensitivity to weather conditions. The bottom of the Handle is covered along its entire length with notches (jimping) which enhances grip security and control of the knife while working. The protruding section of the tango can be used as a glass breaker, and also includes a lanyard hole , a hole for a belaying or decorative rope.

Sheath - made of carbon fiber laminated kydex, provides a secure hold on the knife in any position. TEK-LOK-type attachment to the belt or to the armor allows the knife to be carried vertically or horizontally.
