CPM 20CV - one of the best tool steels, American premium martensitic stainless steel. Produced by US Crucible Industries using the particle metallurgy / Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) method. The CPM process creates a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler's M390 steel or Carpenter's CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 19.0% carbon (C), 20.0% chromium (Cr), 4.0% vanadium (V), 1.0% molybdenum (Mo) and 0.6% tungsten (W). The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.

Blade - Drop Point type, finished with hand satin finish. It opens with a flipper flipper so it can be easily used by right and left-handed people. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth operation of the opening mechanism. A mixed grind is used here, in the rear part there is a high, concave grind for cutting and precision work, the so-called Hollow Ground Primary Bevel. In the front part, we have a high, flat ground to reinforce the Flat Ground tip. To improve piercing capabilities, an unsharpened false blade is brought out in the upper part. The whole thing is locked with a proven and popular frame lock with a steel inlay to prevent wiping of the lock face.

Handle - is thick pieces of polished titanium 6AL4V, beautifully milled with the help of CNC machine tools. The strip milled through the entire length of the Handle has been contrastingly anodized in blue. Only a few companies are able to make the Handle with such incredible accuracy! The titanium backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and strength of the entire construction. The simplicity and solidity of the construction give the assurance of many years of use. The single-position clip (right), made of titanium, allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position. The pivot axis is decorated with a flame-dyed titanium rim (pivot collar cap). In the hidden part of the backspacer you will find a place to thread a safety or decorative cord.

Case - included zippered soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
