Damascus - Damascus stainless steel blade with a unique pattern. Finished with acid etching to emphasise the contrast of the patterns. A blade consisting of two different types of steel, forged and assembled together in different ways obtaining this amazing pattern. It is characterised by a high hardness of 58-60 HRC.
Blade - Reverse Tanto type made of damast, etched in acid to emphasise the contrast of the metal layers.... The straight cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. To improve piercing capabilities, an unsharpened false blade is brought out at the top. Ball bearing ceramic supports the opening of the blade with a quick flipper (index-finger flipper) when opened acting as a stag. The knife can also be opened by means of a hole in the blade (thumb hole) or a peg in the blade (thumb stud). The entire blade is locked with a solid button lock. A spring is fitted under the lock button, providing sufficient resistance to prevent accidental opening.
Handle - in green-tinted aluminium. Contouring of the covers eliminates sharp edges. The grips are joined together using an integral FRN plastic backspacer. The textured surface improves grip. The simplicity and robustness of the construction offer the assurance of many years of use. The two-position (right/left) clip allows the knife to be carried in the tip-up position. The clip's fastening screw is also a glass breaker. Pivot axis decorated with stylised manufacturer's logo.
