Böhler K110 - equivalent to D2 steel, a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 59-60 HRC. With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Blade - Drop Point type with an elegant Satin finish. The curved cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearings support the smooth opening of the blade, which can be opened with a dual thumb stud, a hole in the blade or a front flipper. This allows right- and left-handed people to use the knife without problems. The whole thing is locked by a simple and proven Liner Lock.
Handle - grips made of G-10 composite (pressure-pressed fiberglass with synthetic resin) covered with diamond-shaped texture. Not only a visual treatment, but also a practical one, the texture increases grip security. The grips are screwed to a backspacer, further stiffening the entire structure. Simple, solid construction gives you the confidence of many years of use. The deep-carry, single-position (right) clip allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position.
