Thanks to its weight and balance Giant Mamba is an excellent knife for use on the battlefield as well as suitable for heavy field work.
Blade - 6.3 mm thick with Tanto profile. On both sides of the blade blood grooves (armor). Made of good keeping sharpness, durable high cobalt stainless steel N690 with hardness of 58 HRC produced in Austrian steelworks Böhler. Blade is coated with non-reflective Stone Washed matte finish. Plain blade has a Flat grind for good cutting properties. On the back of the blade notched support for the thumb (upper jimping).
Handle - covered with non-slip rubber-like facings made of Forprene thermoplastic elastomer (elastic return, softness, resistance to chemicals), provides secure grip also when wet. Steel head with enlarged lanyard hole can be used as a hammer/glass breaker and more...
Sheath - Ranger Green injection molded nylon sheath with M.O.L.L.E. strap attachment. (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment). Lower part of holster with Velcro strap to secure knife to thigh.
