A steel wire, eagerly used by professional chefs who sharpen knives before each use, thus preventing excessive dullness of the cutting edge.

Directions for use:
1. Hold the steel wire in the left hand and the knife in the right hand, left-handed people - the opposite.
2. Guide the cutting edge by slightly pressing it along the steel.
3. Make several movements alternately maintaining an angle of 16 ° - 20 ° between the cutting edge and the steel bar.
4. Use a steel whose sharpening rod is at least as long as the blade of the knife.
