N690 - corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural uniformity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. It achieves a hardness of 57-60 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade - massive with a modified Drop Point profile, about 6.3 mm thickness. The blade was covered with a mat, non-reflective coating MIL-C-13924 BURNISHING. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with high full cut (Flat Grind) with excellent cutting parameters. At the base of the blade was placed one-sided steel hand-guard, protect the hand from slipping during work.
Handle - full-size 5 "FH (Full Handle) type. Covered with non-slip textured linings with rubber-like properties, made of Forprene thermoplastic elastomer (elastic return, softness, resistance to chemicals), guarantee a secure grip even with wet hands. Steel head with enlarged oval gap (lanyard hole) can be used as a hammer or be used to break glasses.
Sheath - tactical made of abrasion-resistant, waterproof nylon in sand color (desert). The case has a MOLLE attachment that allows you to carry the knife in a vertical position.
