Combat Troodon OTF Line - Troodon means “wounding tooth” in Greek. Although the name was first given to a Raptor-like dinosaur, the name is equally appropriate for Microtech's large OTF knife, designed for all sorts of uses and close combat. The over-the-top,Double Action (D/A) automatic knife is a favorite OTF among law enforcement officers, the U.S. armed forces and emergency services personnel. Its rugged construction makes the Combat Troodon® suitable for heavy use, and the advantages of the Out The Front automatic also make it an excellent knife for everyday carry.

Signature Series - an elite line of Microtech products designed for buyers who are looking for a more exclusive touch to the much-loved Core Series production models (logo with claws on the knife). The highest quality materials and finishes are often used in the production of Signature Series knives. The / line also includes themed knives such as Bounty Hunter, Outbreak, Memento Mori and Molon Labe. A distinctive feature is the marking with the dagger logo on the Handle and Anthony Marfione's signature on the clip.

M390MK - thanks to the cooperation of Microtech and Böhler engineers, an exclusive version of M390 steel made only for Microtech was created. The carbon content has been increased and subjected to closer scrutiny thus improving the properties of M390 steel for better edge retention, corrosion resistance and polishing. Martensitic high-performance chromium steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to its alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 19.0% (Cr) doped with 1.95% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), and is hardened to 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade - machine-ground Bowie (Clip Point) type, sharpened on one side. The durability of the surface of the blade is increased with a black coating. It features a striking OD Green/Tan/Black Splatter coating finish . The blade was derived with a high flat grind (Flat Grind), providing excellent cutting properties. As a result, the knife has excellent piercing properties while maintaining its durability. The wide grain further strengthens the blade. The strong mechanism of extending/retracting the blade with the help of the moled Thumb Slide, a stepped slide under the thumb requires for safety the application of a specific force to overcome the resistance of the spring. The method of opening provides seamless opening for both right and left-handed people.

Handle - made with excellent precision in 3D technology on CNC milling machines, from OD Green/Tan/Black Splatter coated aluminum 6061-T6. The surface texture of the Handle and the deep notches (jimping) on it make the knife non-slip in the hand during use. The slim profile and milled two-position (right/left) solid deep-carry clip allow the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket, in tip-down (blade tip down) position. Equipped with a smooth rollerball, which allows the knife to slide easily into the pocket without damaging the pocket edges. The clip bears the signature of Anthony Marfione. The Handle is finished with a glass breaker, a steel triangle into which a tungsten carbide ball has been pressed.
