M390 - martensitic high-performance chromium steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high wear resistance, it retains its edge shape, keeping the blade sharp for a very long time (requires minimal maintenance). Another advantage is its resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), hardened to a range of 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade - modified Reverse Tanto blade. Stonewashed finish to mask minor scratches caused during use, then coated with black coating. The wide blade tapers towards a needle-sharp tip. The slim blade in combination with the high, flat grind (flat grind) results in a perfect cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the blade opening with the flipper fin, which also acts as a mini-guard to prevent the hand from slipping onto the blade. The knife can also be opened with the hole in the blade. The whole knife is secured with a modern frame lock with a steel inlay to prevent the lock face from wearing off.
Handle - made of titanium 6AL4V, beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges. Fully covered with a diamond-shaped texture for increased grip. The open open-backed design, fixed with titanium spacer sleeves, reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. WE Knife's stylized logo adorns the pivot axle. A deep forefinger groove improves grip. A single-position (right) titanium deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in a tip-up position (with the tip of the blade up).
Case - a soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo is included to safely store and transport the folder.
