Warning and Safety Information for the KnifeMore

This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.

Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.

A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.

When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.

Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.

Winsome Gray Titanium/Lava Flow Fat Carbon, Polished Gray folder for users who value precision workmanship. Blade made of Böhler M390 premium steel, recognized by experts as a model of durability and long-lasting sharpness. Handle made of durable titanium with Lava Flow Fat Carbon composite inserts with a distinctive pattern. This gives the knife an exclusive look while improving grip and comfort. The nested frame lock guarantees safety by preventing accidental blade closure. Each element of the construction has been carefully finished to guarantee comfort of use, meeting the expectations of users looking for a unique tool that combines quality, reliability and stylish design.

M390 - martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high wear resistance, it retains its edge shape, keeping the blade sharp for a very long time (requires minimal maintenance). Another advantage is its resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.9% carbon (C), 4.0% vanadium (V), hardened to 59-61 HRC, subjected to vacuum and cryogenic treatment and double tempering. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade - Drop Point type, polished finish, then coated with a gray coating. The thickness of the blade ensures high durability while the high, flat grind (flat grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the opening of the blade with the front flipper. The knife can also be opened with a pin in the blade. The whole is locked with a Nested Frame Lock with a steel insert to prevent the lock face from wearing off.

Handle - thick titanium 6AL4V pieces, cover contouring eliminates sharp edges. On both sides, there is an inlay made of Lava Flow Fat Carbon composite. Only a few companies are able to make a handle with such incredible precision! The open-work titanium backspacer provides the desired rigidity and strength of the entire construction. The right-side, single-position titanium deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in a tip-up position. The pivot axis is decorated with a titanium rim (pivot collar ring).

Case - a soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo is included to safely store and transport the folder.
