M390 - martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high wear resistance, it retains its edge shape, keeping the blade sharp for a very long time (requires minimal maintenance). Another advantage is its resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.9% carbon (C), 4.0% vanadium (V), hardened to 59-61 HRC, subjected to vacuum and cryogenic treatment and double tempering. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade - Drop Point type, finished with a Bead Blasted method to mask small scratches caused during use, and then polished. A mixed grind has been used here, in the rear part it is a high, hollow grind Hollow Ground Primary Bevel. In the front part, there is a high, flat Flat Ground. Ceramic ball bearings of the flipper after opening the crossguard. The whole is locked with a solid button lock. A spring is attached under the lock button, providing sufficient resistance to prevent accidental opening.
Handle - thick pieces of titanium 6AL4V, the contouring of the covers eliminates sharp edges. On both sides there is an inlay made of Lava Flow Fat Carbon composite and placed in triangular depressions. Only a few companies are able to make the handle with such incredible accuracy! The titanium backspacer provides the desired rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The right-side, single-position titanium deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in a tip-up position (blade up). The pivot axis is decorated with a titanium ring (pivot collar ring).
Case - a soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo is included, which can be closed with a zipper and is used for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
