Fabrizio Silvestrelli is an Italian master knife maker, known for his elegant and practical masterpieces. He began his career in 1988 and is currently president of the Italian Knifemakers Association. His knife designs, often in an artistic style, are distinguished by impeccable quality and intricate details. Silvestrelli works with various manufacturers to reach a wider audience. His knives, both fixed and folding, are prized for their harmony of lines and character of design.

M390 Microclean® - a martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to its alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), hardened between 59-61 HRC, vacuum and cryogenic treatment and double tempering. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade - a wide Sheepfoot blade , finished with a Stonewashed pebble bath masking minor scratches. Despite its thickness, the full flat grind provides excellent cutting qualities combined with superb durability. A low descending guard keeps fingers from slipping on the blade while working. Upper jimping long textured thumb rest, as well as finger choil (deep textured finger notch) make it easier to maintain control of the knife while working.

Handle - ergonomically profiled with finger notches. 3D machined grips made of innovative Suretouch composite, a combination of G10 and rubber. They provide a secure grip at all times, even with slippery hands. Attached directly to the blank. This is the simplest and most secure design that ensures the practical indestructibility of the knife. Suretouch has the advantage of being insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. On the back of the Handle lanyard hole, a hole for a belaying or decorative rope.

Sheath - extended, protecting the Blade together with the Handle. Made of kydex. Attaching to the belt or to the armor allows you to carry the knife vertically or horizontally.
