14C28N - a martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in the range of knife steels produced by Sandvik's Swedish mills. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Considered an improved version of 13C26 steel. Unbeatable in the price / quality category!

Blade - aggressive, Clip Point type finished masking minor scratches with a bath of fine Stonewashed stones and then covered with a black coating. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards a strikingly needle-sharp tip. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting properties combined with high durability. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth opening of the blade, which can be opened with a hole in the wedge (thumb hole) or with a flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) acting as a stinger when opened. Thanks to this, it can be used by right- and left-handed people without any problems. The whole thing is locked with a solid liner lock.

Handle - rough G10 (fiberglass compressed with synthetic resin) grips, which were screwed to steel liners. A fore finger groove made at the front improves grip security. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, attached to each other with steel spacers, facilitates cleaning. The simple, secure design gives confidence for years of use. The deep-carry, two-position (right/left) clip allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position (tip up).
