Damascus - Damascus stainless steel blade with a unique pattern. The blade, consisting of two different types of steel, was forged and assembled together in different ways obtaining this amazing pattern. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC
Blade - Clip Point type finished with etching highlighting the unique damascus patterns. The expansive belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the strikingly needle-sharp tip, which is in line with the center of the knife, ensuring maximum effectiveness. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting properties combined with high durability. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth opening of the blade, which can be opened using either a hole in the blade (thumb hole) or a flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) that acts as a stinger when opened. As a result, it can be easily used by right- and left-handed people. To maintain full control of the blade, there is a notched thumb rest on the back of the upper jimping wedge. The whole is locked with a solid liner lock.
ULTEM™ - a plastic belonging to the Polyethermoids family or simply PEI. This material is characterized primarily by high mechanical and impact strength with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. It is also characterized by high thermal resistance (180⁰C) and high chemical resistance to all kinds of solvents (synthetic and natural), lubricants or other chemicals. Adding to this total insensitivity to weather conditions, we get an ideal material for knife handles.
Handle - grips made of polished, transparent Ultem™ plastic, which were screwed to steel liners. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, attached to each other with steel spacer sleeves for easy cleaning. The simple, secure design gives assurance of many years of use. The deep-carry, two-position (right/left) clip allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position (tip up).
