Professional 18-inch hardened telescopic baton by Czech company ESP with an Ergonomic handle, featuring a Friction Loc mechanism. Designed in a military version with a khaki (coyote tan) handle and holster. The set includes a detachable 360° Roto BH-54 rotating holder made from durable khaki polymer, equipped with a UBC-5 mount (Quick Change System). A bar for users who value effective range, compact size and easy stealthy carrying low weight.
Carry - the holster features a patented design that allows for full 360° rotation and locking in one of 16 positions. The expandable baton can be carried either collapsed or extended, in vertical, horizontal, or any other desired position. The holster is made from heavy-duty, hardened polypropylene in khaki color.
UBC-05 - (Quick Change System) is a universal belt attachment designed for quick slide-on installation. It allows for the rapid exchange of a expandable baton holder with another rotating mechanism. The mount remains on the belt—simply select a different holster and attach it. Thanks to this highly flexible system, the user can swap out equipment based on immediate needs. The telescopic baton holster can be replaced with a magazine pouch or a flashlight holder. The UBC-05 mount fits most belts 32-50 mm wide, and after removing the adjustment insert, it can accommodate belts up to 60 mm wide (such as duty belts). To prevent shifting of equipment on the belt, especially during activities like running, the mount is equipped with two adjustable screws that lock it in place at the desired position.
Steel - resistant to stretching Cro-Mo 4130 - a low-carbon alloy containing chromium and molybdenum (capable of withstanding high tensile, bending, and tearing loads). In the production of components, seamless cold-drawn tubes of CSN 12060 (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 made from Cro-Mo 4130 steel were used.
Hardness - the steel components have been hardened to 40-50 HRC, ensuring high resistance to deformation during intensive use.
Coating - the metal components of the baton are covered with a highly abrasion-resistant nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer in black.
Handle - soft grip type-H made made of elastomer in color khaki. Mcladding z anti-allergic and anti-slip synthetic rubber fits well in the hand, also does not slip from wet hands. Strong, secure grip allows for precise movements during use.
Important! In the case of new expandable batons, there may be difficulties associated with the first closure. To ensure smooth operation and correctly arrived, we recommend extending and collapsing the baton several times without using excessive force.
