AUS-10 - Japanese stainless steel, often compared to 440C series steel, and for good reason, as the compositions are similar, but these minor differences make AUS-10 harder (hardened usually to around 60 HRC) and dulls more slowly, without losing its rust resistance. Knives made of this steel are relatively cheap and will be a great choice if our budget is not too high and we care about stainless.

Blade - spear point type, finished with a scratch-masking and glare-preventing Bead Blasted finish. The long cutting edge, with a prominent belly, converges toward the needle-sharp tip of the wide blade. The small thickness of the wedge, combined with a high, flat grind (Flat Grind), gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) when opened acting as a stinger. As a result, it can be easily used by both right- and left-handed people. We can also open it using a hole in the wedge. On the back of the wedge a slight depression where we can place our thumb for more precise work. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. Button Lock mechanism.

Handle - grips made of G10, a virtually indestructible plastic that is insensitive to weather, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges and surface texturing improves grip confidence. The solid backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. A two-position (right/left) deep carry clip allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position, with the tip of the blade upward. Above the clip a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
