CPM S20CV - one of the best tool steels, American premium martensitic stainless steel. Manufactured by US Crucible Industries using the particle metallurgy / Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process. The CPM process creates a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler's M390 steel or Carpenter's CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 19.0% carbon (C), 20.0% chromium (Cr), 4.0% vanadium (V), 1.0% molybdenum (Mo) and 0.6% tungsten (W). The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.
Blade - Clip Point type for precision work and cutting, with a geometrically marked belly finished with a scratch-masking Gray Stonewashed finish. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives an excellent cutting edge profile and extreme cutting performance. Phosphor bronze washers support the smooth operation of the blade positioning mechanism in one of two settings (Fixed or Push Dagger).
Handle - made of titanium 6AL4V, beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges. Artful milling improves grip security. Sliding and pulling the handle apart allows you to quickly change the function of the knife. A fore finger groove improves grip confidence in the Fixed position, and in the Push Dagger position creates room for clenched fingers. The handle design is symmetrical which allows both right and left-handed people to use the knife without problems. The pivot is decorated with a stylized WE Knife brand logo.
Sheath - made of high-quality leather dyed black. In it you can carry the knife in the Push Dagger position.
