The magazine accommodates both the CO2 cartridge and 8 rounds of .43 caliber ammunition (approximately 11 mm). Pepper balls for self-defense release an irritating pepper powder upon impact, functioning similarly to standard pepper spray. The Walther PPQ M2 T4E features a Blowback system, realistically simulating the recoil of a real firearm. Similar to a live firearm, once all rounds are fired, the slide locks back and must be released using the slide release lever. The ergonomic grip is textured to enhance stability and control. Mechanical iron sights are equipped with yellow dots, aiding in quick target alignment. A Picatinny rail allows for mounting a flashlight or laser sight.
