D2 steel - high carbon tool steel. With a high content of 10-13% chromium, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 59-61 HRC and abrasion resistance.
Blade - wide with a Cleaver (chopper) shape and a thickness of 4.0 mm with a clearly marked belly of the cutting edge. Plain blade derived with Flat Grind and finished with scratch-masking and glare-eliminating Dark Stonewashed method. On the back of the blade upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
Handle made of orange G10 (pressure-pressed fiberglass with synthetic resin). Attached directly to the tang with torx screws. The contoured handle creates a natural hilt that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade. A fore finger groove improves grip security. In the back of the skull crusher with a hole for pulling a safety or decorative cord.
The sheath is made of kydex, perfectly fitted to the knife, well secures the knife from falling out. It comes with a mount adapted for carrying the holster on a belt or on a shoulder stock in multiple positions with a Tek Loka. A set of holes on the edge allows the Tek Loka to be mounted in any position. This allows you to adjust the way you carry it to your individual preference.
