9Cr18MoV - high-grade stainless knife steel. A high content of 18.0% chromium (Cr) and an average of 0.95% carbon (C) provide high hardness and corrosion resistance, while the addition of alloying elements 1.3% molybdenum (Mo), 0.8% silicon (Si), 0.12% vanadium (V) increase strength and wear resistance. 9Cr18MoV is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC. It is used in the production of knives, including damascus and surgical blades, swords, scissors, cutlery.
Blade - Drop Point type with Satin finish. Small thickness of the blade in combination with high, flat grind gives cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. Blade is mounted on ceramic ball bearings that support the blade advancement mechanism, which allows you to efficiently unfold the folder using the Flipper, so it can be used by both right and left handed people. The whole is locked with a proven liner lock.
