Reazio Twill Carbon Fiber, Stonewasch There aren't many fixed blade knives in WE Knife's lineup, so the company decided to make up for that lack by introducing the Reazio model, designed by German knifemaker Toni Tietzel. The Reazio is a fixed blade version of the Scoppio model, a full-size everyday carry knife made from the finest materials.
The drop point blade is made of CPM-20CV steel, currently one of the best tool steels in the world. To facilitate sharpening, the beginning of the cutting edge begins with a small choil. A mixed grind was used in this case, in the rear part it is a flat grind to the middle of the blade, this part is used for heavier work such as planing or splitting. In the front part we have a high, concave grind for cutting and precision work. Additional convenience is milling on the back, thanks to which fingers during delicate work have a firm grip on the wedge. The blade is finished with "stonewash" method.
CPM 20CV - American powder steel, whose parameters correspond to the elite Bohler M390 stainless steel. High content of chromium and a large amount of vanadium carbides makes the steel extremely resistant to corrosion and wear and keeps a sharp cutting edge for a very long time.
Handle - flat grips made of black Twill Carbon Fiber with a unique pattern, which are screwed directly to the tango of the knife. Simplicity and solidity of the construction give assurance of many years of use. In the middle of the facings is milled a simple depression that improves the grip of the knife. Scabbard is made of black kydex and by means of T-Clip enables multi-position (right/left, vertical/horizontal) attachment to belt or equipment. The mounting screws are hidden under the stylized manufacturer's logo.
