- Goccia Dark Stonewash Titanium, when Danish knifemaker Jens Ansø showed his custom Neo, it became a dream for many knife enthusiasts. In collaboration with MKM, a premium production version of this model was created called the Goccia...

This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
Goccia Dark Stonewash Titanium, Dark Stonewash Finish When Danish knifemaker and knife designer Jens Ansø showed his custom model Neo, it became the dream of the "perfect knife" for many knife lovers. In cooperation with MKM, a top quality production version of this model called Goccia was created. Goccia means "drop" in Italian and is meant to symbolize the first water-powered hammers in the forges that started the knife industry in Italy. The name is also reflected in the concentric ellipses carefully milled into the handle facings, which even mesmerize with their changing surface textures.
M390 Microclean - the blade is made of the highest quality modern powder steel with a hardness of 58-60 HRC with extremely high resistance to abrasion and corrosion, so it requires minimal maintenance. Another advantage of the steel is resistance to "wire" formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV. Manufactured in Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm.
Blade - dark stonewash finished drop point blade mounted on ball bearing provides quick and smooth opening much better than pad based solutions. The flipper blade has been slimmed so that it does not protrude over the handle. After opening it creates a mini-guard preventing the hand from slipping on the blade. Thickness of blade provides high strength while high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. The generous belly of the blade extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the head converging towards a needle sharp tip.
The handle - two plates of titanium gr. 5, Ti6AI4V, finished in "dark stonewash" method, perfectly milled on 3D numerical machine in elliptical circles. Here the mastery of Jens Anso's design is revealed, the handle is perfectly ergonomic, and the elliptical circles, in addition to their aesthetic function, also play a practical role by increasing grip security. Decorative collar around the pivot made of blue anodized titanium. On the inside, in milled out facings there is a Liner Lock. At the back there is a massive titanium backspacer also anodized in blue with a lanyard hole characteristic for Jens Anso. Right-side, one-position titanium deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in tip-up position.
Carrying case - comes with an elegant pouch made of Cordura with the manufacturer's logo with the possibility to strap it to your belt.
