SR1DL Grey Titanium, Damascus Pattern Lizard an exquisite folder by the Italian LionSteel manufactory with exclusive Solid® technology. Proof of the high technological development used in the manufacture of knives. Blade in Damascus Lizard pattern stainless steel, manufactured in the U.S.A. by Chad Nichols. Winner of the award in the category Most Innovative Imported Design at the Blade Show.

Design by Molletta, fruit of a collaboration with a well-known and respected designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (a.k.a. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experiments in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.

Damascus Lizard Pattern - damascus blade with lizard skin pattern, steel prepared by one of the best specialists of this type of steel in the world, Chad Nichols.

Blade - Drop Point with a pronounced belly provides excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. The Plain blade has a Flat Grind, which perfectly showcases the matte Damascus finish with Lizard pattern. On the sides of the blade a Thumb Stud on both sides to open the blade. Spine jimping, notched thumb ramp for a better grip on the knife.

IKBS - (ball bearing system) for fast, smooth opening of the blade.

Solid Frame-Lock - reinforced, monolithic handle lock made of titanium 6AI4V. One of the facings serving as a locking mechanism was reinforced with a hardened steel insert.

RotoLock - lock with a patented additional locking mechanism in the shape of a titanium shield by Gianni Pauletta. When the knife is open, turning the RotoLock approximately 1/8 of a turn clockwise wedges the locking mechanism, preventing unintentional release of the blade lock, providing the same stability of the blade as in knives with a fixed blade.

Handle - grey colour. Made of a unique block (one piece) of solid titanium 6AI4V machined with Solid® Knife technology. Using CNC machine tools a lightweight, monolithic skeleton (body) of the highest strength was obtained, which is a solid construction element. Facings with texture-enhancing grooves perpendicular to the length of the handle for better grip. The protrusion on the underside of the handle acts as a hilt protecting the hand from slipping on the blade. Two-position left/right metal clip allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position. In the back of the lanyard hole grip for the cable and clip fixing screw equipped with a glass breaker.

Packaging - supplied in an elegant wooden gift box, which also houses a metal clip for carrying the folder and a pivot-pin-adjustment tool key for adjusting the opening force of the blade or for fixing the clip.
