Herbertz Solingen Drop Point Knife Folder (566112)

566112 well balanced and at the same time solid and durable universal folder of the German brand Herbertz Solingen. Works in all conditions, as EDC and during trips out of town. The beauty of the knife is emphasized by the stone wash method, the blade made of 420 steel.

Blade - with a Drop Point profile, 3.2 mm thickness. Made of hardened 54-56 HRC, AISI 420 stainless steel. The advantages of 420 steel are high impact strength, resistance to chipping and cracks. Smooth blade (Plain blade), was made with a concave cut (Hollow Grind) ensuring good cutting properties. The knife is opened with incision on the blade nick nick. Liner-Lock blade lock. A corrugated thumb ramp on the back of the blade makes it easy to control the knife.

Handle - covered with textured black claddings. Made of durable G-10 material, resistant to high and low temperatures and chemicals. The solid metal clip, screwed with torx screws, allows the knife to be moved in the tip-down position. Spine Jimping corrugated incision on the back of the handle increase grip reliability, also with wet hands.
