X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched by doping 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade - with a modified Clip Point profile, covered with a black protective coating. Plain type blade, derived with a hollow grind, gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Notched thumb rest (ramp) on the back of the blade. Finger Choil profiled undercut for the index finger between the Handle and the cutting edge makes it easier to control the knife. The low descending line of the Blade creates a mini Guard to protect the hand from slipping on the blade.
Handle - profiled for the hand, made of flexible plastic so-called soft touch (soft touch) guarantees a secure grip. The knife lies very well in the hand, does not slip, you can easily operate it in all weather conditions, including during winter - it does not freeze to the hand. The grip covers are covered with Desert Camo camouflage, the whole thing is screwed together with torx screws. The protruding part of the tango can be used as an improvised glass breaker, it also has a hole for threading a safety cable.
Sheath - hand-stitched, made of top quality cowhide and Cordura with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap fastener. The belt attachment allows you to carry the knife in an upright position.
