Byrd Meadowlark 2 G-10 Black, Plain inspired by the iconic Delica, the ultra-light second-generation Spyderco folder at a great price! Blade - with the Drop Point profile, ensures perfect cutting edge geometry at low friction. Made of good sharpness, easy to sharpen 8Cr13MoV stainless steel (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). The corrugated fragment of the blade's back - ramp - positions the thumb and gives a solid support. Arcuate undercut of the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge (finger choil jimping) facilitates folder handling. Comet-shaped notch (Spyderco patent) to open the blade. Blade blockade: Back-Lock type with protection against accidental release of the lock during a firm grip, cutout in the lock of David Boye's design.

Frame - reinforced with stainless steel plates to which the claddings are attached, ensures the strength of the structure. The phosphor bronze pads ensure trouble-free smooth opening and closing of the penknife.
