420H - a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel with an increased carbon (C) content of 0.17% to 0.23%, also containing chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) offers high hardenability in the 54-58 HRC range, as well as strength, toughness, machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, knife blades and medical instruments.
Blade - massive knife with a Bowie profile, thickness of 3.7 mm with a non-reflexive Satin Finish (semi-matte) coating that eliminates glare. Smooth blade (Plain type), derived edged concave (hollow grind) ensure a good cutting properties. On the ridge of the blade there is a universal saw suitable for cutting, among others ropes or belts. Steel on both sides of the blade, protects the hand from slipping during work.
Handle - knitted black elastomer closure, finished with a steel gold-plated head. The soft rubber handle fits comfortably in the hand, the knife does not slip from our hands even w with wet hands. A strong and reliable grip allows you to make precise movements with a knife.
Sheath in black, fastened with a snap, allows safe carrying of the knife. Made of natural leather with embossed logo Muela Company. The sheath was sewn on the edges with a decorative thread. The sheath has a belt attachment to carry the knife in a vertical position.
